FAQ

What's in the box?

Your ultra-soft Nubbi plush (about 15 × 8 × 5.5 in) and its heartbeat pack with an on/off button.

How does it help my dog?

The soft, steady heartbeat gives your dog the company they miss when they're alone, helping them relax and fall asleep.

How do I use it?

Press the button on the heart, slip it into the opening in the plush, and place Nubbi in your dog's bed or favorite spot.

What batteries does it use?

The heart runs on 2 AAA batteries (not included).

Does your dog cry when left alone?

Many dogs spend nights and time alone feeling anxious: they whine, bark, scratch at the door or just can't settle down. It's especially common in puppies who've just left their mom and in dogs that get scared by noises.

Every night of crying stresses you both out

Your dog is left alone with their anxiety, you can't get any rest, and the neighbors hear it too. Scolding them or getting up every time they cry doesn't give them what they really want: to feel they're not alone.

With Nubbi's heartbeat, your dog never sleeps alone

Nubbi's heart beats softly and steadily, just like a buddy lying right next to them. Your dog snuggles into the ultra-soft plush, relaxes and sleeps soundly. And so do you.

    He finally sleeps peacefully

My puppy used to cry quite a lot at night. Since he started sleeping with Nubbi, he's much calmer and stays curled up next to it. We were really surprised.

    It's become his favorite

He snuggled up with Nubbi from day one. The heartbeat seems to relax him, and now he goes to it on his own whenever he wants to rest.

So much calmer when he's home alone

He used to get really anxious whenever we left the house. With Nubbi he curls up and seems to feel less alone while we're out.
